How do I register and get ZAR110 Coupons on BilliMall?

1. Open the APP, and you'll see a pop-up window which shows the coupons you can get as a new user after registration.

2. Tap the pop-up window, enter your phone number or Email address as well as the login password. (Phone number is preferred because we or the Express Service would update you with the information about your delivery.)

NOTE: You can also sign in with your Facebook or Google account.

3. Tap "Agree & Create Account" to finish the registration, then start shopping with your coupons!

 

How do I place an order?

1. When you find a product you like, make sure the selections of Size, Color and any other items are correct. Tap "Select Details" to choose the variant suits you, the "Size Chart" there could be used as reference. 

2. Tap "Buy Now" to confirm the order, DO NOT forget to Select Coupons to get a lower price. Tap "Place Order" to complete the confirmation. You can also add the product to the Cart and purchase it with other goods later.

 

 

How do I set my shipping address?

1.“ Account” — “Shipping Address” — “Add New Address”.

Enter the info required in the following page. Area, City, State, Country are linked automatically to the Postcode. (e.g. 2094, then select an option in the pop-up window)

2. Tap “Confirm” to get it done.

 

 

What are the payment methods available?

1. Pay Fast: Tap "PAY NOW", enter your Email address in the following page, then choose a method to complete the payment.

2. Credit Card: Tap "CONFIRM" and you will be directed to "Credit Card Payment" site to complete it.

3. Masterpass: Tap "PAY NOW", enter your Email address and follow the instructions to complete it.

4. SCode: Tap "PAY NOW", enter your Email address and follow the instructions to complete it.

5. EFT or Bank Deposit: Plz read the notes carefully before choosing this method to pay, then tap "PAY NOW" and follow the instructions to complete it.

 

How do I apply for return?

1. If you are not satisfied with the product, plz read the "Refund Policy" first. 

 ( "Account" --- "Term of Service" --- "Refund Policy")

2. Make sure that you are fully aware of the Policy already, then contact our Customer Service at service@billimall.com

 

 

When will I Receive my Package?

- Normally, you will receive your package within 10-18days after paying successfully, Including 3-5days goods preparation and 7-13days international transportation, it will be highly appreciated for your patience.

 

Do I have to pay the customs duties if I placed an order?
